Project Self Sufficiency is an innovative public/private partnership between the City of Huntington Beach and the Project Self Sufficiency Foundation. PSS Foundation raises funds; the City hires and supervises staff. 

Project Self Sufficiency Foundation Directors are volunteers committed to serving their community. The Board represents a diverse group of professionals dedicated to improving support to identified families through the services of Project Self Sufficiency.
